Conditions of participation for the "BESSEY TEAM-Promotion 2024"
1. Organiser
The organiser of the "BESSEY TEAM-Promotion 2024" is BESSEY Tool GmbH & Co. KG, Mühlwiesenstraße 40, 74321 Bietigheim-Bissingen, Germany, hereinafter referred to as "BESSEY".

Information is provided solely by the organiser and not by Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Participants release Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn from any and all claims arising from or in connection with this promotion.
2. Participation
By participating in the promotion, the participant agrees to these conditions of participation.
3. Eligibility to participate
3.1. Only natural persons of legal age are eligible to participate.
3.2 .All employees of BESSEY, all employees of affiliated companies and all persons who are or were involved in the preparation and realisation of this promotion are excluded from participation.
3.3. Participation via competition robots or any form of manipulation is not permitted and will result in the exclusion of the person responsible for this.
4. Description of the promotion
The "BESSEY TEAM-Promotion 2024" begins on 9 June 2024 at 9 am and ends on 31 December 2024 at 11:59 pm. In order to participate in the promotion, you must purchase one of 22 promotion sets with an enclosed prize code in the form of a flyer, from a total of 2,000 available promotion sets. These 22 promotion sets are randomly distributed among all promotion sets available in stores.
5. Prizes
The exclusive BESSEY jersey mentioned in the "BESSEY TEAM-Promotion 2024" will be raffled off. A cash payment to the value of the non-cash prize is not possible. The winner must bear all taxes that may arise from the prize. The prizes will be sent to all winners free of charge. The dispatch time can be up to four weeks.
6. Determination of winnings / notification
Only participants who have registered with all the information required for participation and have taken part in the promotion within the period specified in the promotion description will be considered for the prize determination / draw. As part of the "BESSEY TEAM-Promotion 2024", notification will generally be sent on the following day, but no later than two weeks later. All eligible participants will be selected at random. Prizes cannot be paid out in cash or transferred to other persons. The winner(s) will be notified by the organiser by e-mail.
If a winner does not respond within 6 weeks of being notified twice, the prize will be forfeited.
7. Data protection
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the authorisation of Art. 6 (1) b) and f) DSGVO. The participant agrees that the data collected about him/her will be stored for the duration of the promotion and will only be used to send the prize. At the end of the promotion, all participant and winner data will be permanently deleted. Participants and winners can request information about the data stored about them and its deletion at any time.

8. Exclusion of liability and limitation period
BESSEY shall not be liable for technical faults that occur during data transmission, for delays or interruptions in transmissions or for damages in connection with participation in the promotion or with the acceptance and use of the prize, unless BESSEY or its vicarious agents act wilfully or with gross negligence. No liability exists if the competition entry cannot be reached. This does not affect any claims for compensation due to injury to life, limb or health or due to culpable breach of material contractual obligations.
Insofar as claims by participants and winners are not excluded in accordance with the above provisions, such claims shall become time-barred in accordance with the statutory provisions, notwithstanding the provision in section 6, last paragraph.
9. Modification of the conditions of participation / termination of the promotion
BESSEY reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time, or to interrupt or prematurely terminate the promotion in whole or in part for good cause without prior notice.
10. Miscellaneous
Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is appropriate in the individual case and comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision.
Legal recourse is excluded.
