Conditions of participation “BESSEY-KnowledgeCheck”
1. Organiser
The organiser of the “BESSEY-KnowledgeCheck” competition is BESSEY Tool GmbH & Co. KG, Mühlwiesenstraße 40, 74321 Bietigheim-Bissingen, Germany.

This competition is not affiliated with Netigate. In particular, Netigate is not the promoter, sponsor, supporter or organiser of this competition. Information is provided solely by the organiser and not by Netigate. Participants indemnify Netigate against all claims arising from or in connection with this competition.
2. Participation
By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the conditions of participation.
3. Eligibility to participate
3.1 Only natural persons of legal age are eligible to participate.
3.2 All employees, staff of BESSEY and affiliated companies and all persons who are or were involved in the realisation of the campaign are excluded from participation.
3.3 Participation via competition robots or other manipulations are prohibited. Each person may only take part in the competition once. If there is any suspicion of fraud or manipulation, BESSEY reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition.
4. Prize duration
The “BESSEY-KnowledgeCheck” competition starts on 01 September 2025 at 09.30 am (CET) and ends on 01 September 2026 at 11.59 pm (CET).
5. Winnings
The prizes listed in the “BESSEY-KnowledgeCheck” competition will be drawn. A cash payment to the value of the non-cash prize is not possible. The winner must pay all taxes that may arise from the prize. The prizes will be sent to all winners free of charge. The dispatch time may take up to four weeks.
6. Determination of profit / notification
Only participants who have registered with all the information required for participation and have taken part in the competition within the period specified in the competition description will be considered for the prize draw. The prize draw for the “BESSEY-KnowledgeCheck”competition will generally take place on the following day, but no later than 24 January 2024.
All eligible participants will be drawn at random. Prizes cannot be paid out in cash or transferred to other persons.
The winner(s) will be notified by the organiser by email or telephone. If a winner does not respond within 6 weeks of being notified, the prize will be forfeited.
7. Data protection
Data processing takes place on the authorisation basis of Art. 6 (1) b) and f). The participant agrees that the data collected about him/her will be stored for the duration of the promotion and will only be used to send the prize. All data will be deleted at the end of the promotion.
The winner may at any time request information about the personal data stored about him/her and request its deletion.

8. Disclaimer
BESSEY shall not be liable for technical faults that occur during data transmission, for delays or interruptions to transmissions or for damages in connection with participation in the competition or with the acceptance and use of the prize, unless BESSEY or its vicarious agents act with intent or gross negligence. No liability exists if the competition entry cannot be reached. This does not affect any claims for compensation due to injury to life, limb or health or due to material contractual obligations.
9. Changes to the conditions of participation / cancellation of the competition
BESSEY reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time, or to interrupt or terminate a competition in whole or in part for good cause without prior notice.
10. Miscellaneous
Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation. The invalid provisions shall be replaced by a provision that is appropriate in the individual case and comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provisions.
Legal recourse is excluded.
