BESSEY expands its range of telescopic drywall support STE

Drywall supports with variable extension lengths are indispensable for overhead installation of panelling or supporting structures. With the STE series, BESSEY not only offers telescopic drywall supports that can be operated with one hand, but also a comprehensive range of accessories. This makes the range of applications even more versatile.

Available in four sizes!

When the STE series was launched, there were three sizes for supporting distances between 1.45 and 3.7 metres. In autumn 2023, a further size with an adjustment range of 57.5 to 91 cm was added – perfect for positioning and aligning suspended furniture, for example. All STE supports can also be used on slopes, as they have contact plates with non-slip PVC contact surfaces that can be continuously swivelled from -45° to +45°.

Powerful performance! 

All four sizes in the STE series impress with a load limit of up to 350 kg when the telescopic pole is fully retracted. This makes them the most powerful in a competitive comparison. And with the telescopic pole fully extended, the load capacity of the shortest version is still 350 kg and 65 kg for the longest version. The extremely stable steel construction makes this possible and the telescopic drywall supports are all GS-certified – apart from the shortest version.

Easy to use! 

With the STE telescopic drywall support, the pump mechanism and quick-release button are firmly integrated into the ergonomically shaped handle, making it possible to work with one hand: The tubular steel construction is roughly pre-telescoped using a quick-release button and then extended further using the pump lever until the contact plate is in place. Finally, the desired holding force is set by turning the handle. The support can be released just as easily in reverse order.
