New sizes of the EZ360 one-handed clamp series

The innovative EZ360 one-handed clamp series from BESSEY has been expanded: in addition to the existing size with 80 mm throat depth, two further variants will be available from June – size S with 40 mm and size M with 60 mm throat depth. This brings the range to a total of seven models with openings from 110 to 600 mm, spreading widths from 104 to 765 mm and clamping forces from 40 to 140 kg.

The EZ360 series, unique on the market, impresses with its exceptional ergonomics and high flexibility for one-handed clamping and spreading work. The entire handle unit can be rotated around the rail and securely fixed in the desired position using a 12-step latching mechanism. This allows the ergonomically optimal pump position to be selected for every work situation – for comfortable and efficient working. The series also proves its flexibility during spreading work: the upper part can be removed from the rail and reattached at the other end – even without tools in the case of the two largest versions.

Another advantage: the swivelling handle allows you to work easily even in confined spaces – even when using several clamps at the same time. This is because the handle can be easily swivelled out of the working area both before and after the clamp is applied. 

In addition, all sizes of the EZ360 also feature a separate release lever, which allows the clamp to be quickly adjusted to the desired opening, spreading width or released quickly

The long protective caps are not only attached to the clamping surfaces, but also threaded onto the rail. This ensures that they sit securely, are not easily lost and distribute the clamping force evenly – protecting sensitive workpiece surfaces.

The EZ360 series also impresses in terms of durability: the upper and lower parts are made of fibreglass-reinforced polyamide, while the rail is made of burnished steel. The handle mechanism is securely placed in a plastic housing, providing reliable protection against dust and chips.
